About payment methods
The following payment methods are supported by this site

VISA, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, and JCB brands are accepted for payment.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping company : Japan Post・FedEx・DHL
Delivery time : Orders will be shipped within 7 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping cost : The shipping fee varies depending on the size and weight of the item.

About cancellations
◆We only accept cancellations before shipping.
Please note that we basically cannot accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.
If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Conditions for returns and exchanges
We will replace the product only if it is found to be defective or damaged in the beginning, if you contact us within 10 days after receiving the product.
We will pay for the return shipping costs for initial defects or damage.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
