As we age, symptoms such as “small print becoming harder to read” or “eyes feeling tired and strained in the evening” become more common. One possible cause is the reduction of tear production over time, which leads to dryness in the eyes.
Sante Medical Plus Active contains Vitamin A (Retinol Palmitate) to promote the secretion of mucin, a component of tears, and stabilize the tear film. It also contains Chondroitin Sulfate Sodium to protect and moisturize the eye surface, and natural Vitamin E (d-α-Tocopherol Acetate) to improve blood circulation and reduce eye fatigue. In addition, Neostigmine Methylsulfate and Chlorpheniramine Maleate are included for enhanced focusing ability and itch relief.
The formula features five active ingredients at their maximum approved concentrations* and includes nine active ingredients in total, making it effective for age-related functional decline of the eyes and associated discomfort.

Dosage & Administration
Instill 1–3 drops at a time, 5–6 times daily.
Precautions for Use

Excessive use may cause abnormal light sensitivity or worsen redness.

Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses.

Avoid touching the tip of the bottle to the eye or surrounding areas to prevent contamination.
